This week’s win is a little different, but one we’re genuinely proud of.
We recently helped Chris Brown, who had been through months of stress after being badly let down by a previous electrical company. Chris had solar panels and an EV charger installed by another electrical firm (the name is listed on our Google Review), but shortly after the installation the company went into liquidation. Messages went unanswered, the system wasn’t commissioned with Octopus as promised, and Chris was left with no idea how to get the charger working. Four months of frustration, worry and uncertainty followed.
That’s where we stepped in.
Matt headed out to take a look and quickly got everything back on track. He explained how the system worked in a clear, friendly way and made sure Chris finally had a setup they could have confidence in. Everything was commissioned properly, the charger was brought online, and for the first time since the original installation, everything worked exactly as it should.
